We won't be at the track tomorrow night but have a workout for those interested. After warm-up, 100m, 30 sec rest, 200m 60 sec rest, 400m, 2min rest, 400m, 2min rest, 200, 60 sec rest then 4x 100m sprint with whatever rest you want- have fun!
