Laura was one of the first female food truck operators in Columbus and an early Food Fort truck client, giving her unique insight into the challenges and opportunities food entrepreneurs face every day.

Laura has a special passion for supporting food trucks and bakers. In her role, she focuses on client engagement, helping entrepreneurs develop their incubation plans, coordinating events, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food Fort.
