July 29, 10:00 a.m. Turnovers Two Ways: Apple-Blackberry & Apple-Dried Cherry. In this class we will make one turnover from scratch and one using frozen puff pastry. For the Apple-Blackberry turnover, we will use fresh & in season local blackberries. This turnover has a light flakey crust due to the addition of cream cheese to the dough. The Apple Dried Cherry Turnover, made with puff pastry, is an easy way to achieve a delicious dessert. Demonstration with hands-on help needed.

Raspberry Pie, August 12, 10 a.m. A NEW PIE class! We will make this tangy, sweet pie with summer's fresh berries hands-on. You will take one home with you, and of course, the recipe too!

All classes are $45.00 and include the recipe and left over treats, or pie to take home with you. Email [email protected], if you are interested!
