What better way to quench your thirst after a run than with a FREE DRINK! Join us on Thursday, September 23rd at 6:30pm for a free group run, hosted by Short North Running Club, and a post-run refreshment, courtesy of Shake Shack! We'll meet at the Short North CRC, run a 3.6 mile loop through downtown and along the Scioto Mile, and we'll finish at Shake Shack. To add to the fun, ASICS is joining us with demo shoes and raffle prizes!

Is anyone running the hot chocolate 5 or 15k? Some folks are interested in getting a group together.
