Psalm 133:1

Another Saturday with Sisters behind us! This time we hosted eight wonderful girls. We spent a great time together praying, recreating, and learning wisdom from a biblical heroine, Ruth. We were joined by Fr. Victor, CPM who said Holy Mass for us and Br. Joseph, CPM who gave us a talk about Ruth.

“God, renew within me a steadfast spirit.” (Ps 51:12)
On today’s Memorial of the Presentation of Our Lady, all Sisters of our Congregation around the world unite together in making the act of the renewal of vows. Why do we do that? We have already professed our commitment to God “until death.” Why repeat it year after year? God does not need reminders. But we grow and mature in our love for Him, and we want to offer Him the fruits of our devotion. As once Mary was presented to the Lord in the Temple, so do we come and present to Him our hearts.
Mary, pray for us that our offering may be pleasing to God!
