Everyone wants the big goal….But wanting it isn’t enough.

The athletes who reach those goals are usually the ones doing the things nobody talks about…the strength work, the prehab, the recovery, the nutrition, and showing up consistently week after week.

Gymnastics practice alone isn’t the plan. Preparing your body has to be part of the plan too.

If your goals are big, your habits have to match them.

And here’s the reality…

If you aren’t willing to do the extra work, don’t be upset when you don’t accomplish the goal.

That’s exactly why I created the Wellness Club, to give athletes a simple, consistent plan so they know what to work on every week.
