If I had to start a cleaning business from scratch

with no money, this is what I would do

#1 I would get as many credit cards as I could that had 0% interest for the first year

#2 I would hire a good marketing team and spend on advertising

#3 I’d go buy the bare minimum equipment and supplies needed to do my job

#4 I would create systems for my business

#5 I would register my business with Sam.gov

And number six I’d get to work

As soon as I had some money in the bank I would hire a team, then I would hire a good cleaning business coach and mentor
