Rockwood Rentals is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our operations crew!

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid to get dirty.
Responsibilities:
• Mow and maintain residential properties
• Assist with haul-outs and clean-outs of vacant homes
• Help prepare homes for new tenants (make-ready work)
• Remove debris and maintain curb appeal
• Assist the maintenance and operations team with general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with general maintenance
• Full-time, steady work
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company
• Friendly, team-oriented work environment
