We can’t expect learners to “use their words,” until they are first taught language and communication skills. Makes sense right?

We can teach language skills by teaching the verbal operants through:

♡ Tacting
♡ Echoics
♡ Intraverbals

We can’t expect our learners to verbally request or tell us what they need if they have not yet developed that skill. Its okay to start with the basic learning blocks for language to make sure your clients are prepared for harder language & communication skills 🤗
