I know I’m a little late sharing this one (blame it on motherhood + real estate life!), but this closing with Tina and Alex was truly unforgettable.

I had just become a mom less than a month before—still healing, still learning… and still showing up.

With my Mini CEO by my side, I walked into this closing with purpose, love, and a new perspective on what “doing it all” really means.

✨ And the wins? We didn’t just close—we negotiated over $15,000 in credits and concessions to support their vision for the home.
