CTFD Properties

The best part of this flip is when we met the grandson of one of the earliest owners. He stopped by with his two sons to walk through the house. We saved a flour bin we found in one of the cabinets to give to him. He told us his grandmother and aunts would make cookies and cakes using this flour bin. He was going to send it to his aunt, she was excited to have it once again. Below are some pictures in this house from his childhood.
