Welcome to 1321 Lofts, the premier address for historic charm and modern luxury in the ❤️ of Downtown Columbia, SC. Located at 1321 Lady St, our building offers an elevated urban living experience that respects the past while embracing the future.

The building at 1321 Lady St is a true Columbia landmark. Originally constructed in 1949, this eight-story, light-pink concrete structure was designed by the prominent local firm Lafaye, Lafaye, and Fair for businessman Frank Owen.

The 30 million redevelopment of the Owen building, now 1321 lofts, has been recognized by historic Columbia in 2021 for advancing local efforts that preserve the cities historic culture and heritage.
