Wow! What a turnout for MURPH 🇺🇸

Yesterday was full of fun and community, but it was ultimately a day to honor those who have given everything for our freedom.

Thank you to all who have served, are serving, and to those who paid the ultimate price. We honor you and will never forget your sacrifice!

This is not a drill… MURPH IS THIS SATURDAY! Come hang with us at Cottontown CrossFit, Saturday, May 23rd as we take on the challenge together.

The MURPH hero WOD honors fallen Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy and pays homage to those that have fought and died for our freedom.

The event is open to all (members and non-members). All fitness levels are welcomed - there will be plenty options to scale!

Also - after the workout, we’ll be celebrating our hard work with 🍕 and 🍻

This Saturday we got to celebrate the graduation of our very own Coach Ramona 🐔🤙🏻🖤

Ramona has been a staple and familiar face in our CTC family for the last few years. She’s helped shape the gym & community into what it is today through her strength, her drive to constantly better herself & others, and the ability to make everyone feel seen & welcomed.

Thank you for all the laughs, the coaching tips, and the joy you bring into the gym! We love you and wish you all the best in your next adventure!
