Last day of June means we're closing out Month, but real ones know a litter-free SC takes 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 🌴

Thank you to every South Carolinian who picked up litter, secured their load, reported a violation, or just chose not to toss that wrapper out the window. Every litter bit helps. 🗑️

⏰ Reminder: Applications for our Enforcement Grant are due TOMORROW, 7/1! If your agency hasn't applied yet, don't miss your shot at funding to help keep our state beautiful.

Every helping hand makes a difference—but your safety comes first. It's summer again in South Carolina, which means it's time for an important annual reminder ⬇️

If the heat index is 100°F or higher, please postpone your cleanup. Litter can wait. If you're volunteering on a hot day, remember:

--Go early or later in the evening
--Stay hydrated
--Wear sunscreen, a hat, and lightweight clothing
--Take breaks often and listen to your body

Every cleanup makes a difference, and we're grateful for every volunteer who helps keep South Carolina beautiful. But the biggest impact starts before litter ever hits the ground. This summer, help prevent litter by packing out what you pack in and encouraging others to do the same.
