I have a team. I am the lead agent and I have 1 admin and 2 Buyer agents and a contract to close coordinator. My agents get 35% and 40% (my Lead Buyer Agent gets the higher), but they pay NOTHING! I supply their office, computers, website, fees, marketing expenses, MLS dues, monthly dues, most of their leads, admin, supplies, and copies, and business cards. If you pay for it on your own, you’re getting about the same amount. They also get raises based on production and 30% for listings they bring to the team.
