Once upon a time Columbia Chamber decided to jump start a program to engage and keep young talent in the Midlands called Columbia Opportunity Resource (COR). COR hired Naomi Sargent as an intern fresh out of USC, which launched her career as an expert in talent attraction and retention. She's now doing incredible things to put Spartanburg, South Carolina on the map with their OneSpartanburg and College Town Spartanburg initiatives.
