SCRWA's Executive Director, Jill Miller, and Board Members, Linda Evans and Mitch Ellenburg, were in Washington, DC this week as part of National Rural Water Association (NRWA) 2026 DC Rally. This annual event brings representatives from state associations and utilities to Capitol Hill to support funding programs, training and technical assistance. Keep up the good work!
