Another clip from Sensei Castile's weekend seminar. Here, he's demonstrating the use of force vectors within the technique, in this case shuto uke. Using the natural movements of the technique's force vectors to deflect a centerline face punch and then gain arm control through hikite, and using the stance (tachi) as a destabilizing force against the opponent's balance (kuzushi). This is NOT showing a fight. It is demonstrating the usage of a technique in a tactical and practical method. It is performed for instructional purposes so everyone can see and understand and not at pressure testing speed. That's for practice in class. Seminars are for instruction in concepts.
