Columbia Association (CA) will be replacing the Bridge HRBR27 starting the week of June 1st, 2026. CA expects this project to take about a week, weather permitting. The pathway will remain open during construction, though access may be limited at times. Once the bridge installation is complete, a contractor will be scheduled to pave the bridge approaches. Signs have been posted on-site to notify the public about the project.

The Resident Architectural Committee (RAC) will meet virtually on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 7:30pm to review exterior alteration applications. If you would like to attend, or if you would like to join the RAC, email the Covenant Advisor at [email protected].
