This fall I will be offering 4 dates for "mini" sessions. These will be a great time to get updated family photos, photos of your kids, or updated pictures as a couple. I will be delivering the photos within a week, so both dates are still early enough for Christmas cards as well!

I haven't worked out all the details yet, but I wanted to put this out as a "save the date." There will be multiple slots on each day, all at the same location (TBD). More details coming in the next week or so.

The dates will be October 4-5 & November 8-9.

A different kind of project than I normally work on. Did some photography, set up a simple (responsive) website, and worked with Bill Grant with Pull:Brand Stories to make a promo video. Kinda cool actually...

I've got a photography idea I'd like to try with a wedding client. It needs to be a new client, and the sooner their wedding the better. I'm willing to be flexible with the price/budget for their participation in my experiment.

I couldn't help but post a sneak peek of this handsome little man as I'm editing!

Because I've moved the office out of the house, I haven't been doing sneak peeks the day of day after a wedding, they're pushed back to about mid week. However, overall editing time on weddings has been cut in half so far!

I don't know if I've ever mentioned it, but I LOVE Spanish moss. It adds so much drama, movement, texture and character to photos.

But you know whats better than Spanish Moss?

The perfect golden evening sunlight and the perfect couple to create the romance.

Sometimes I think I should wear nice clothes to engagement sessions, then I realize I'm just going to end up laying on the ground or climbing a tree or wading in a river (sometimes all of the above).

Then again, I wear nicer clothes to weddings and I'd still do any of those things if that's what it takes to get the shot... maybe I should start bringing backup clothes lol.
