John will present "The Impact Amendment 4 Passage Would Have on Missouri's Initiative Petition Process," an informative discussion about how Amendment 4 could reshape Missouri's citizen-led initiative petition process and what those changes could mean for voters, ballot measures, and direct democracy in our state.
