Hawthorne Apartments is located at 510 High Street in Columbia, Missouri by East Campus at Mizzou!

We are the best kept secret on East Campus!! 😊 🤫

The majority of our residents are Visiting Scholars from other countries. They are in the US to enter into the Masters and the PHD programs to obtain their higher degrees.

Hawthorne is a very quiet, non-partying building that is within walking distance to MU Campus.

Our apartments are one bedroom and studio units with a separate kitchen and bathroom.

The way I rent our units is keeping a waiting list of names by the date they contacted me and the actual move in date they need to move by.
I also receive referrals from current residents for their family/friends.

At this time, April 24, 2024, I have closed the waiting list. I have more names than units.
