My little one had a gnarly crash today right before this was taken. She is OK, shook her confidence some but we continued to ride. Super proud dad. Big shout out pads and for keep my little shredder safe.
Hi! Just some more background information, I started this journey at 305 lbs about 2 weeks ago, today marks the first day of week 3.
Today so far
125 body weight squats
100 pushups
6 sets dumbbell curls
3 sets triceps kickbacks
6 sets of forearms
So then tonight I’m going for an hour of cardio
Then 15-30 minutes on full abs and that will wrap up the day!
Posting my workouts to keep track and hopefully motivate! Active rest day today, 1 hr of light cardio!
