It’s been a long time since I posted anything. I have been quiet for awhile and I jumped back into Taekwondo the past few years heavily for therapy in many ways. I have met some really great people since then. Like Grandmaster Alfredo Hernandez. 3 time World Champion in Taekwondo and one of the best people you will ever meet.
