Since I’m on a posting binge, putting the question out there if anyone is interested in woodworking lessons. I’ve started helping out an aspiring woodworker, and enjoyed sharing my techniques and tips to save a newbie some of the frustrations I dealt with teaching myself.
If there’s a project you’ve been wanting to tackle, or just taking up an interest, I’d love to have you to the shop and help you along.
I know we have Sawdust Studios in CoMo, but as I understand it they don’t really offer instruction, just shop space. Could be nice to have someone show tricks of the trade.
If interested, just message me. Thanks!

Been more than a minute since my last post. Still going at it…just not posting on facebook so much. Just finished a couple personal projects in between commissions. Two queen-sized beds for my kids (young adults, I guess). One of white oak, the other walnut. Both with maple under carriages.

Finally back in production after a multi-month hiatus. If you know me personally then you know what’s up. For those who don’t, if these photos seem a bit brighter and if the shop seems a little less dreary and a LOT bigger…it’s because I have a new shop! That’s for another post.
Today I’m just excited to share the first piece of non-shop furniture coming out of the new space.
A small walnut desk featuring shop-sawn veneer. It’s a variation on a desk I’ve made a couple times now. It’s design is simple and sturdy with a style that I hope stands the test of time.

Been a minute since I last posted on Facebook; I've been turning more to Instagram () for posting on projects.
But I'm still at it, still churning out projects. This latest is a dresser, constructed of Red Oak, finished with Rubio Monocoat Cotton White. The pendant drawer pulls are hand made out of Beech.
