He did it! Phil got first place at the Arnold!

A little over 2 years ago Phil told me he wanted to learn to powerlift. Never would I have guessed that in such a short period of time he would make it to the top.

I'm so happy that has given Empowerid athletes the opportunity to compete at this incredible invite only event.
