Surprisingly, no one melted during this morning’s drizzling 5 mile ruck!

Remember when we used to go to Sesqui to train for crazy-a$$ ruck distance events???? We're not doing that this Saturday, so come on out, ruck or sans ruck, and enjoy a walk in the woods.

We'll be heading down the trail @ 0830 from the Rec Center parking lot.

Hope you can make it for ~4 miles of smiles!

St Patty's 5k ruck from my house this Saturday 15 March at 0830 with (green or brown) beers after! Wear your greens or risk getting pinched.
