Beware of the neighborhood dog!!
This unit was ruined by a dog urinating on the condenser coil!
You don’t see this a lot but after 30 years in this business, there’s not much we haven’t seen. We replaced it with a brand new Carrier Condenser and our customer is happy! Check out the video on the next post.
