A tribute piece to a great friend who was taken from us far too early. BIG SMOKE BBQ was a well planned concept that , unfortunately, never came to fruition. I'm honored that I was given the opportunity to create something to commemorate the passion that our dear friend had towards making excellent BBQ and enjoying it with those he loved.
