I'm Jen, founder of The Well Rounded Belly...

I am here to talk about my MONTHLY 4 hour childbirth education class! I am an Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Educator, Spinning Babies Certified Parent Educator, Massage Therapist, Birth Doula, Registered Nurse and Student CNM... I am pouring all of my knowledge into these classes.... and they are FREE for all Clients of the Well Rounded Belly! If you are not a client, it is $250.00, but if you decide to hire one of our team members, then that cost goes towards your doula fee. (Note.... hire a doula!)

Our 4-hour Birth Preparation Class combines Spinning Babies® Parent Education with practical childbirth education to help you:

✓ Learn comfort and coping techniques
✓ Practice partner support skills
✓ Explore movement and positioning for labor
✓ Encourage optimal fetal positioning during pregnancy
✓ Feel more prepared for the unknowns of birth
