I'm actively looking for 5 mobile homes in North Carolina and South Carolina for park infill projects.

Preferred:
✅ Wind Zone 2
✅ Vinyl Siding
✅ 2BR/2BA or 3BR/2BA
✅ 1990 or newer preferred
✅ Singlewides preferred
✅ Clean title
✅ Moveable condition

I'm okay with homes that need some cosmetic work, but I'm not looking for anything completely gutted or falling apart.

You own the home AND the land. It's treated like traditional real estate. You can finance it, sell it, or leave it to your family. This is what OG Property Solutions specializes in.

You own the home but rent the lot. No land equity. Park rules apply. Lot rent can increase. Harder to finance and harder to sell.

Both have their place in a portfolio, but they're completely different investments with different risks and rewards.
