City leaders are expected to provide new details this afternoon about the incident at Finlay Park during Columbia’s Juneteenth celebration.

I’ll be there at 4 p.m. as City Manager Teresa Wilson, Police Chief Skip Holbrook, and Parks & Recreation leaders discuss what happened, the city’s response, public safety measures moving forward, and a proposed permanent policy for unaccompanied minors at the park.
