On May 13, 2026, the Chapter's Social and Education Committees hosted at the Doubletree BWI Airport Hotel, the second annual Education and Happy Hour event. The Speakers were large scale community managers from South Carolina and Virginia. They shared their experiential insights on the importance in our industry of Customer Service: "Tools that Turn Good Service into Great".
