I couldn’t be more proud of a review like this. Pain Free and able to focus on her sport!! Something I wish I had growing up was an understanding of what my body needed. It just wasn’t available back in those days. Every single person has the right to thrive and achieve their dreams. So excited to see what this young lady can accomplish.

10 YEARS of Nic Miller Training!! Some days I feel like I’m just starting out on this journey and have no clue what I’m doing. Other days I am the master, eager to teach and flow. Every year has always brought new feelings. The beginning years brought alot of personal growth and self discovery. Overcoming battles like divorce and addiction and fulfilling educational achievements. The latter years have brought a lot of love and self confidence. I became a daddy and found real love and have an amazing healthy happy family. I remember reading an article a few years ago about how 96% of businesses fail within their first 10 years. That scared me a bit. I thought there must be some impending doom. Some unfortunate event that might take me out. I realized that was silly. Im doing what Im meant to be doing! I’m doing what I love! I became my passion and it’s just something that “is.” Here’s a moment of gratitude for this past decade. All the memories. All the success stories. All the hard days. All the highs and all the lows. I want to give a huge thank you to every single person who has come through my doors. I am so beyond grateful to grow and learn with you!! Thank you!! I could write a novel about the life lived in this space. I can truly say I opened this place as a naive scared 28 year old boy. Today… I’m simply Nic and that’s all this has ever been about. BEING MYSELF. In 10 years I’ve honestly impressed myself and that’s huge to say!! LIFES TOO SHORT!! GO FOR IT!!!
