For the best chance at getting clear 3D/4D images, we recommend staying well hydrated in the days leading up to your ultrasound session. Hydration helps improve the fluid around baby, which can often result in clearer images and videos. ✨

Start drinking plenty of water 3–4 days before your appointment and keep it up until your session. Your future baby photos will thank you! 🤍
