Everything that we eat is vital to our nutrition. Our food choices effect every function within our bodies. We should take more time to notice and acknowledge what we put into our bodies. Observe what your eat...smell what you eat... take a moment to appreciate your food....and notice how your body reacts after you have eaten that food. I encourage you to research one food you eat each day and see what is good or bad about it and what nutrients you are getting from it. Feel free to comment about the first food you researched and tell me something new you learned!
