Today is my 28th birthday. This past year has been full of challenges. One of the hardest was the weeks in September when I could not walk a single step. My health was in shambles and an injury made it impossible to move around without a cane. *
So I set a goal to walk 28,000 steps on my birthday.
You better believe I did it.

I’m more than 40 pounds lighter and I am stronger physically, emotionally and mentally. I am going to crush this year. *
