We're excited that DAI's Growing Marriage course has now been made available to leaders in Burkina Faso!

Leaders are only as healthy as their closest relationships. Growing Marriage helps leaders strengthen their marriages and root them in the solid foundation of God's love.

This spring, DAI International Strategy Director Dr. Kelly Kumbu and his wife, Julie, facilitated a four-day Growing Marriage intensive for 25 Burkinabe leader couples.

The material made a great impact on the leaders, leaving them convicted and excited to apply what they've learned in their marriages—and share it with other couples in their ministry contexts.

We were honored to partner with the team at Compassion International Bangladesh recently, bringing them DAI's course on Women and Men Leading Together.

Facilitated by DAI Senior Consultant Dr. Beth Birmingham, the workshop helps teams grow in embracing the leadership skills and gifting of both women and men.

We pray that this course will help the Compassion Bangladesh team grow in cohesion, teamwork, and effectiveness as they release children from poverty in their country.
