Just in! A very rare 1986 AC Cobra MkIV. This is not a kit car but a continuation car made by the same AC factory in Brooklands UK that made the 1960s Cobras. Only 470 produced and split between Europe and the US when sold new at select Ford dealers in the 1980s. These bodies are hand-hammered aluminum (by many of the same craftsman that made them in the 60s) taking 200 hours to make….just the skins. 427 body with Ford 351 high-performance engine. 5-speed Borg-Warner transmission and Salisbury British rear-end. Fitted with super high-end Connolly leather and Wilton plush carpets. Incredible to drive and view. The engineering and style of LeMan is alive and well in this iconic and spectacular example.
