we made some serious advancements this year, from one gold, one bronze - to three gold, one silver.
needless to say, the training is working. I am super proud of these athletes and all the work they have put in.

On this day, you could say I took a giant leap towards one of my biggest goals. I always knew I could be one of the leading voices of Strength & Conditioning for Wrestling. I’ve learned from the greatest coaches, wrestlers, scientists and minds in the world. All with the singular goal of crafting the best strength & conditioning program ~ system for Wrestling. It Begans as means for my own training, but in parallel, I was always training athletes in Colorado Springs at the Olympic training center or my close teammates, who are also aspiring to earn world medals. My focus on the sport never really gave me the platform I needed to share my ideas as wide as I believed they could. Wrestling as an olympic sport also doesn’t quite provide the same platform as other sports. But needless to say being at the Olympic Training Center, with those great coaches and scientists, my friends at the UFC, and my international training experience over the past decade has culminated into a coaching philosophy, which manifested at the Olympic Games as five medals, and the world championships with another world champion and bronze medalist.

The Federation asked me to give a presentation on my training philosophy and how we need to plan it over the next four years for the next Olympics. Needless to say coaches from all over China at each provincial training center attend this meeting, within a few hours, the coaches sat around a round table and discussed how to implement my philosophy across the entire nation of China.

2024 has been my biggest year so far. And needless to say, it just got started.
