First we want to thank everyone for an amazing and health-filled year. We made a lot of changes in 2025:

3. Selling our gourmet mushroom production to Fungus Farm Colorado and moving to Texas 🤝

Colorado Springs was Microvora's home for 7 years (and mine personally for 28). I cherish all the connections we made with our chefs and customers, who over the years also became our friends.

While making the decision to sell the farm and move wasn't easy, it was necessary in order to keep up with extract manufacturing while also having extended family around for support with Microvora Jr.
