Today would have been your 39th birthday. Instead, we are left with grief because someone decided your life no longer mattered. What cuts deepest is that you spent your entire adulthood fighting for this country’s freedom, only to be failed by the very institutions meant to protect you: the Army, CID, and local law enforcement. Your case remains trapped in bureaucracy, sitting untouched while time passes.

The family had to fight the Army for two years just to acknowledge its responsibility to investigate the death of an active-duty soldier, especially when the perpetrator was most likely another soldier. Even then, the commanding general could not be bothered to meet with the family, choosing instead to send lawyers in his place.

Godspeed.

“The only sacred obligation we have as a country is to care for our veterans when they come home and their families, and equipped them when they go to war”. Joseph R. Biden Jr.

So when is the Army going to care about taking my brother’s murderers off the streets or even out of our ranks. Cleaning out the criminals within.

I did not join a gang, I deserve to serve with Soldiers who uphold the Army values.

On this Veterans Day, my heart aches as I reach out to our caring community. My brother, a beloved veteran, lost his life recently. In our pursuit of answers, we've established a reward.

I humbly ask for your compassionate support in sharing the attached flyer. Together, let's honor his memory and seek the justice he deserves.
