Did a shoot with this weekend, a good friend and power lifting partner who just set a state record for Deadlift! Was really rad to shoot in an empty gym, turn the lights out and let the one big window do its thing. Jenny and I both take a bit of a “deadlifting as a spiritual practice” approach, and in some of the shots I aimed to capture a touch of that solitude one feels while blocking out the background noise to hone your focus. Always great to work with friends!
