Arrow Home Inspections

🏡"It's a brand-new home... why would I need an inspection?"
We hear this all the time.
The reality is that new construction homes can have defects too.
Over the past year, we've inspected brand-new homes throughout Colorado Springs and all over the state and found issues like:
🦠 Mold
☣️ High radon levels
⚡ Missing GFCI protection
🏠 Roof installation defects
💧 Plumbing leaks
🌧️ Improper grading that can lead to drainage and foundation concerns
❄️ HVAC systems with disconnected ductwork
🔌 Electrical defects
🚽 Sewer line defects
Here's the thing...
Builders work incredibly hard, but a single home is built by dozens of different crews over several months. With so many hands involved, mistakes are inevitable—and many aren't discovered until a third-party inspection is performed.
A new construction inspection before closing gives you the opportunity to have these issues corrected while they're still the builder's responsibility—not yours.
Buying a new home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make. Make sure you're getting the quality you paid for.
