Do brokers really take up too much, or are there really carriers not knowing their worth?

This couldn't be an issue of either or. And it takes more than that of brokers taking half the freight's pay and carriers taking in minimal paying freight. It is more of a question of who.

Who gets the upper hand, and who is severely impacted by today's market behavior? Who benefits and gets disadvantaged the most. And we think this is where everyone else would agree. Be it brokers or carriers, these types of situation affects small businesses the most.

How can we make it better? If small businesses start to support and patronize each other, this could be a game changer. Because the real problem starts when the market is monopolized by a few.
