Although it was cold and snowy, the boxing class had to go on! And it did!! I was able to train 1-1 with this guy and it was a great session!! Afterwards, I headed over to an Open Mat and got some much needed rolls in. (‘cause, ya know, I need to make my 400 roll goal.) Both training sessions were great! Thanks for allowing me to teach boxing at your establishment! Thank you for always welcoming me anytime I go to open mat!

Month of September brought lots of learning experiences. Lost by arm bar in my first tournament in two years; highlighting what I need to work on. Pushing myself to go to more open mats, and I did! 🙌🏽 For the month of October, a new goal is to attend two open mats. As for my roll count for the year, I had a total of 30 rolls for September, brining the total year count to 307! On to conquering my goals this month! AND if you want to try BJJ, come see us!!!

Women’s Boxing Class was great! We had beginners to advanced in class today and it was awesome. Can’t wait until our next class.
