It has been a very interesting day!

I drove to Grand Junction this morning to show 7 houses because my clients wanted a realtor that knows the and didn't want a different realtor.
I got done and played a round of disc golf then wrote an offer for one of them and sent it out.

Started to drive home and got a call from a buyer PCSing to Fort Carson from Hawaii so now I have a buyer consultation on Monday with a new client wanting to use his VA loan to buy a multi-family home. 🙌

Then I just got done playing another round in New Castle and now on my way home. It has been a great day! 😁

My Active duty Army clients are PCSing here to Colorado Springs from Florida. We had to do video call showings for a few weeks but found this home that is a short sale so they will have instant equity when we close and $13k in concessions to cover closing costs and rate buy down. I am super excited for my clients and friends from when I was active duty.
