Most homes sold YTD were in the 500k-599k price point, with us having more sales this year than this time last year across the board! Average days on market are over 2 months in all categories. If you're looking to sell your home, plan accordingly!

My general tips when listing:
🏠 Get professional photos, they're worth every penny. Your iPhone is NOT going to cut it.
🏠 Have as open of a showing schedule as possible. A 1-hour showing notice is acceptable. A 24-hour notice is not. Buyers will just go look at the house down the street instead.
🏠 Show pride of ownership. Buyers have choices and won't go for something that doesn't look appreciated. Do everything you can to make sure the house shows well!
🏠 Do the updates! Buyers in today's market are buying at high prices and high interest rates. They don't have the time or the budget to do the updates.
🏠 Be ready to correct your price! If you're not getting enough traffic, it could be that your home is overpriced for the market.
