VIOLET BANK MUSEUM NOTICE OF TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Effective Saturday, June 6, 2026, Violet Bank Museum and its grounds (303 Virginia Ave) are temporarily closed to the public while exterior renovation and preservation work is underway.

For the safety of visitors and contractors, no persons are permitted to occupy or access the museum grounds during the construction period. The closure will remain in effect until renovation work is completed and an official reopening announcement is made.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as these important improvements are made to the Museum.

All questions regarding the closure should be directed to the Recreation & Parks Department.
