We are thrilled to announce that sightings have officially begun to roll in from the Maryland portion of Chesapeake Bay, kicking off the 2025 dolphin sighting season!! We invite every DolphinWatcher to join us this year in reporting your dolphin sightings and sharing your fintastic dolphin images. Last year, we received over 1,100 sightings and we can’t wait to see what this year brings!

A heartfelt thank you to each of you for all of your invaluable contributions to Chesapeake DolphinWatch. Your participation truly makes a difference!
